How It
Works

  • SEND US A REFERRAL

When you have a client that is looking for a property management company to either manager or lease their property, you will forward us their contact information.

  • WE CONTACT THE PROPERTY OWNER

One of our agents will contact the property owner and discuss our services and fees.

  • WE PAY YOU
Once the landlord has signed our agreement and pays the first month’s management fee, we provide that payment to you for the referral. For leasing only services we provide you with 20% of the tenant placement fee after the move-in takes place.

In order to receive commission for referral realtor/broker must provide Leasing Baltimore/Leasing Maryland with a completed W9 and sign an official agreement. Leasing Baltimore/Leasing Maryland will make all payments within 30 days from the date of the new tenants move-in for leasing only services or 30 days from the date the first management fee is received for property management services.
